Employee training, customer and vendor contact and resolution of quality issues, APQP, SPC, PPAP, FMEA, gage calibration and R&R, continuous improvement, product certification (supplier & customer), corrective and preventative actions, preventative maintenance, blue print/drawing reading, tooling, control plans, flow charting, and product launch were also part of my job duties.
Supervision encompassed: Inspection, assembly, gauging, paint, shipping and receiving, quality and lab department personnel.
