Held responsibility for designing buildings ranging in size from one story bank retail and offices to three-story multi-family housing. Designed buildings from CMU masonry, light gauge steel framing, timber framing, steel moment frames, and steel frames with masonry / concrete shear walls. Designed light gage frame and evaluated existing structures for new façade deisgns for existing retain buildings. Worked closely with architects, contractors, and engineering staff throughout construction and design of buildings.

Held responsibility for designing roof top cell antenna screens, evaluation existing cell towers for new cell antennas and evaluating existing roof and floor structures for new cell antenna equipment.
