Routine use of toyotasupplier.com (EQPR, SQIDS, SKPI). Developed customer relationships at TMMAL, TMMWV and TMMK. QA responsible for 6 Tundra V8 engine component assemblies through the entire project life, creating all required documentation from APQP to Service Part Inspection Standards. Continuous Improvement, Countermeasures, PCRs, EDRs, ECIs, annual goal setting, monthly Quality Progress Reporting, HVPTs and internal readiness reviews, etc.

9/98 - 1/00 Certified Tool & Mfg. - Established APQP. Implemented QS9000 procedures for successful registration drive.
2/98 - 9/98 MNI3 - Implemented quality plans for new Hewlett-Packard Kayak workstation chassis assembly. Named Quality Manager on 3/30/98. Had Monthly Failure Rate at our prime customer (SCI-Huntsville) of zero for 6 months.
2/95 - 2/98 Mid-South Electrics – Set up supplier corrective action program, supervised Receiving Inspection. ISO-9000.
8/83 - 9/94 IBM AS/400 Procurement - Process Engineer. Managed technical aspects of assembly process and quality of molded and discrete cables. Reduced DPM from 198 to 24 while reducing costs 12% through process changes. Supplier audits, new tooling development, high-involvement work team.
5/89 - 7/92 IBM Printer Product Assurance - Planned and implemented all forms handling tests for the development of the IBM 4230 Printer: test procedures, data analysis, final report. Planned and implemented Product Engineering support testing of IBM printers / supplies. Gathered acceptance input directly from customers to improve design and customer satisfaction.
