Responsible for the design, development, validation, manufacturing, release, program timing, costs and launch for the following GM & Ford programs:
Ford CAL1- Pickup box exterior components; doors, frame, moldings, tonneau cover & seals.
Pickup box interior components; cargo tie downs, moldings & sealing for dust intrusion.
GMT805 - Interior group - 'C'-pillar trim, upper header garnish molding, water management garnish, tool box molding, seat side shield moldings, tire jack stowage, 2nd row safety restraint anchors & system and front & rear seats. Worked closely with the studio to define a world class seats including multiple “seat comfort rides”, benchmarking competitive vehicles comfort & support.
