• Provided supervision and coordination to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives on an eighteen million dollar restoration project. The restoration included HVAC, asbestos abatement, structural improvements, and many other projects.
• Developed a risk management plan to assure that sub-contractors and facility users followed codes, standards, and regulations.
• The ability to adapt to the various internal procedures of the contracting party and maintain the associated specialties of planning the stage of phases for HVAC, planning and scheduling, cost estimating, and cost/schedule control.
