Manufacturing Engineering Manager, 2000 to
2009, Hayward Industrial Products. Managed $2M
budget and staff reviews/training. Directed
manufacturing processes and applied continuous
improvement principles of Lean Manufacturing,
Kanban and Kaizen. Established procedures to
provide superior quality and slash costs.
