Manager of Programming (1999 – 2009)
Managed the resources satisfying business demands for both Enterprise Application Software Development and Enterprise Testing with all the Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) tools and reporting needs.

Led team through a major upgrade of IBM Rational Synergy Suite of applications that included migration of the data base from Informix to Oracle and enabling the system to remain operational 24 hours a day; thereby, saving an estimated $1.5M annually through productivity improvements.
Created a partnership with Enterprise Testing to automate the order entry process for downstream application which saved $113,000 per release.
Coordinated the TestDirector & Quality Center upgrades from both legacy companies without impact to our customers and saving $754,000 without compromising quality, budget and meeting deadlines.
Saved $150,000 in consultant fees for setting up HP Quality Center by assessing the situation and delivering the product ahead of schedule.
Coordinated and implemented plans in support of a server consolidation as part of Merger and Acquisition of Nextel reducing hardware maintenance cost by $5M.
