Manage the Research & Development department and direct all projects including the design, assembly, validation, and budgeting. Direct department employees as well as the general oversight of all manufacturing personnel. Consult, assist, and train various departments during implementation of new equipment or processes and during failure mode analysis.
Key Achievements:
- Managed and redefined the QA Department with a team of six direct reports. Created and implemented quality initiatives and standards used throughout the organization. Established key QA check-points throughout the manufacturing process.
