from 1.5MW to 25MW with Woodward’s SPC. Allis Chambers, GE, Dresser
Rand, Siemens, and Elliot.
Kral Fuel Metering Systems: Installer and Programmer for fuel flow systems
first installation was done and American Steam Ship “American Integrity”.
Provided feedback for the Chief Engineer and Captain of fuel consumption
with Pro-Face HMI data logging.

From 1999 to 2001 High Pressure Boiler Operator "IPMC Detroit Plant"
Operated two 600 pound B & W Water Tube boilers. Natural Gas and #6 fuel oil.
Operated one Steam Turbine with two extraction steam lines. 125lb and 28lb steam generated for Paper mill. Turbine ran one 5000 KW GE generator with DC excitation.
Operated Zeolite ion exchange and 12 sand resin beds for water purification
From 2001 to 2007 Gas Turbine Systems Technician
• Operated and maintained the electrical plant control console, propulsion plant control console, fuel oil transfer and ballast console, damage control console, auxiliary systems control console, ship’s control console, local operating panel, power supply signal conditioners and electrical distribution switchboards.
• Leadership and administrative skills were instrumental in the day to day operation on board USS Hopper of managing work center PMS (Preventative Maintenance Schedule) and daily job requirements with no supervision.
• Performed corrective maintenance LM2500 engines and Allison 501K-17 generators.
• Trained personnel in the operation and casualty control procedures of the propulsion plant.
• Qualified Electrical Propulsion Control Console Operator.
• Managed and supervised four technicians on board USS Hopper and assisted repairing several Damage Control Console alarms on board All the DDG platform ships on the Pearl Harbor water front.

• Operated and maintained two LM2500 gas turbine engines with HRSG boilers operating at 850 pounds. The LM2500’s run with Mark IV engine controls.
• Maintained one peak LM6000 with Mark VI engine controls and Sprint
• Maintained one LM6000 with HRSG once threw boiler design LM6000 runs off the Mark VI and Sprint.
• Day to Day boiler chemistry using the following chemicals - TRASAR, ELIMIN-OX, SUR-GUARD, STABREX
• Operated 3 water demineralization plants at 170,000g regeneration.
