• Assisted in launch of Soft and hard top systems for 2007 Jeep Wrangler
• Problem solving for water testing and water leak solutions and root cause
• Assisted in rear half door launch and water leak solutions
• Design and testing for soft top components
• Generated MCM ideas for soft top
• Released informational tips cards for hard and soft top which significantly reduced warranty claims
• Implemented changes to Liftglass lower seal to reduce water leaks
