•Ensured construction efforts met appropriate design criteria for $32 million project, maintaining project on schedule.
•Rebuilt unit with upgrades, such as main butamer feed drum, relief valves, process lines, steam tracing and insulation, butamer feed and charge pumps, and instruments and controls, completing project on time despite harsh winter conditions.
•Updated P&IDs through field verification, reviewed relief valve and vessel vendor quotations, and developed equipment lists, line lists and tie-in lists for hydrotesting, accurately accounting for all Management of Change.

Sulfur Removal Abu Dhabi Refinery, UAE
