•Led fiber to the home (FTTH) permitting efforts for international communications company to obtain regulatory approval and install fiber-optic cable network as part of a major expansion project, resulting in dramatic improvements in client’s time-to-market and significant growth in the company’s revenue.
•Successfully collaborated with the client, various utility departments, our field crew, project manager, engineers and GIS staff to consistently meet an aggressive permit ramp schedule.
•Diligently tracked permit progress and designed work plans to ensure project stayed on track and client-set deadlines were met.
