Interests
As a Systems Engineer, I realize that 94% of defects arise from common causes, while only 6% of defects arise from special causes. In fact, as a system increases in complexity a greater share of quality improvements result from inter-personal communications within the development, test and production teams. As a Systems Engineer, I recognize the top-down requirements allocation process and the bottom up build-integration process. [ reference: INCOSE ]
