Significant Project Experience:
As Construction and Commissioning Engineer coordinated the efforts of a multinational work force to install, implement, troubleshoot, and commission a $4B U&O facility as part of a $16B Petrochemical facility in Al-Jubail, KSA. Activities included FAT, SAT, Functional Testing, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning and Client Acceptance. As PMC, managed the design phase of Process Support Units ($2.5B) package of a $15B Refinery for Control Systems, Fire & Gas and Enterprise Integration and Communications Systems (EICS) disciplines to ensure that the project specifications are met and that the deliverables are on schedule.
