Duties I handled for this project are:
• Monitoring progress of work as per approved schedule of work and ensuring that work quality and techniques are complied with specified standard, and reporting regularly on project performance
• Review the civil material submittals as per the specifications and giving approval on.
• Supervision and follow up execution of project, including manpower materials and financial issues.
• Supervision of technical compliance to drawings standards and leading a team of engineers and foramen in all phases of the project including electro mechanical works finishes and site works.
• Reviewing the shop drawings and giving approval on.
• Reviewing bar bending schedule as per the structural drawings and giving approval on.
