Position involves all aspects of project cost control for multiple federal projects, including daily cost tracking and reporting, monthly forecasting, subcontractor administration and purchase order regulations (procurement), change order management and union payroll. Familiar with government compliance requirements under GSA, FAR, DCAA, and Davis-Bacon and other regulations for government contracts. Prepare monthly invoice and vouchers to government clients and provide resolutions to billing issues to ensure prompt payments. Perform regular visits to local and out-of-state jobsites to ensure audit-ready procedures. Respond to all cost inquires from the project management team and federal clients as-needed.
