Created an application written in C# using Windows.Forms and a Microsoft SQL Server database that greatly streamlines a number of otherwise time intensive tasks including:
Gathering time data from a number of systems, storing it in a centralized database, and exporting it to Microsoft Dynamics GP for payroll.
Creating EFW2 files to submit W2 data to the IRS & KS Dept of Revenue.
Creating MMREF-1 wage files to submit data to the Kansas Dept of Labor.
Generating a variety of reports utilizing data stored in its database as well as the accounting and dispatch / billing databases to either combine data between the three or generate customized reports that would otherwise not be possible.
Facilitated transition in accounting and billing systems through server setup, data export and import, and network setup. Wrote python scripts to parse data and reformat it for import into the new databases.
