Assist in pilot builds and new product start-up. Collaborate with cross functional teams to reduce customer complaints for new vehicle ownership by 220% (from 140 problems per hundred vehicles to 63 pph) using Shainin Red X Strategies, Six Sigma Methodologies, and other tools.
