• Prepared necessary documentation (i.e. Bill of Quantities and Request for Quotations) for qualified vendors who were selected through a bidding process to supply equipment for the project
• Technically reviewed quotations and offers from vendors to determine their qualification
• Supplied the necessary equipment and logistics required for mobilization at both building sites
• Revised Piping and Instrumentation (P&ID) drawings before being released to the installation team using AutoCAD software and made any necessary modifications
• Facilitated communication between contracted vendors and installation teams to handle problems and adjustments on site as needed
