I have worked independently on many High Reliability programs as a representative of the Reliability Engineering Department and Product Assurance Organization to develop processes and solve process problems.

Perkin Elmer/Hughes Aerospace/Raytheon/Goodrich Corporation (Same desk, different corporate owners) Location: Danbury, Ct.
Quality Engineer: Senior Quality Engineer responsible for all aspects of Quality Control on P634 and P636, two very successful high reliability, aggressively scheduled programs. Received numerous achievement awards from the customer. Senior Quality Engineer on SAAO program. Oversaw the testing of the hardware on Mount Haleakala, Maui. MIL-STD-2000 Instructor/Examiner. Quality Engineer responsible for Laser Detecting Set circuit cards and sub assemblies. Traveled to Sandia Labs to investigate a serious contamination issue on the Multi Spectral Thermal Imager satellite reported by the customer. Assembled a team of customer, subcontractor, and company personnel to evaluate and fix the problem to the customer’s satisfaction.
Senior Engineer, Process: Product Assurance Department/Reliability Engineering. Develop and document new processes. Write and maintain Process Specifications. Troubleshoot process problems and recommend corrective action. Conduct failure analyses. Heavy interface with customers and vendors.
