Provide mechanical design packages using AutoCAD 2002 for Exxon Mobil Research & Engineering (EMRE) and Thomas Jefferson University Health Care. Projects include the “re-design” of EMRE’s condenser water system due to cavitation. This system included the design and installation of (3) 250hp VFD pumps delivering 19,200 gpm at 125 ft TDH. Upgrade EMRE’s entire campus facility for a single source hydrogen generation system capable of delivering 350,000 scfh/mth. Provided detailed pipe calculations for refrigeration, steam, CHWR, HWR, etc.
