Lead Special Systems designer and engineer responsible for the overall concept and design of large enterprise scale communications and security projects in major airports and transit facilities. Projects include Perimeter Intrusion Systems, Access Control and Video Security Systems, Chemical Biological Radiation Detection Systems, Addressable Fire Alarm Systems, Voice and Data Communications Systems, Voice over Internet Protocol Systems, Flight and Baggage Information Displays, Building Information and Management Systems, Wireless Internet, and a variety of other communications systems as required by the Regional Authorities, Associations and their Tenants. Responsible for providing design documentation for all systems under scope including design reports, cost estimates, schedules, specifications and plans.
Cable Design Engineer/Manager
Engineering Manager responsible for the MAC design of a large cable distribution plant for a client in the financial services industry. Program was structured to support over 1.5 million square feet of operations and data center space. Was also tasked with the Day Two supervision of a team of technicians in support of the cable plant. Responsible for designs supporting various client functions including Flood Cabling Systems for partitioned space, VOIP Networks, Call Center Operations, OCC signal distribution, and Inside and Outside plant management and design.
