Senior Director of Engineering
Managed development team of developers, QA analysts, Project Managers, and Technical writers and was responsible for the market leading Peakflow SP product. The Arbor Networks products are based on the Linux platform and leverages open source technologies to provide a cost-effective solution. Managed projects that utilized C/C++, python, php and other web technologies in a Linux-based distributed architecture.
Accomplishments:
• Expanded existing team by 70% in one year to a team size of over 30 people and maintained a strong customer focus, commitment to quality and on time delivery which drove $50M in annual product revenue.
