Employment Experience
• (2008-Current) Currently working at Carino’s Italian Grill as Catering Coordinator/server. Required to cater to every need of the customer’s desire. I make the catering schedules. Market the company to find more customers. Handle the financial and manage every catering for Carino’s. Many people are under my supervision. I delegate task to employees while out on catering events.
• (2007-2008) Super Target Corporations. Flow team- as known as a trailer unloading personal. I worked well with the logistics for the entire store. Requirements asked of me were to be fast, able to lift heavy objects, organize shelves in a timely manner, and work early mornings.
• (2007-2008) Marriott Hotel Downtown Austin. Banquet Coordinator/ server. Required to cater to ever need of the customers desire. Help organize setup, manage, coordinate big events and bartender for many catering offered on the hotels location.
• (2007-2007) Hilton Austin. As a room service server and order taker. Required to take food orders over the phone, have customer satisfaction, and deliver food to the rooms.
• (2005-2007) Heartland Ham Co. as a Head Catering Coordinator. I was frequently on my own on deliveries. Catered, organized, managed, and Set up all of the events.
• (2004-2005) Reserve at Lake Tyler. Server/ Food Decorator/ Party coordinator. My responsibilities were to serve guest, organize party events, decorate food, and tables.
• (2004-2005) Traditions as a Head Catering Coordinator. My responsibilities consist of being out on deliveries; I supervised small groups of employees at catering events. Delegated task to employees while out on the catering events. Organized many events with over 200 people. Also did food decorating at many of these events.
• (2004-2004) Julian’s as a Catering Manager. I worked there for several months until the owner decided he didn’t have enough money to start up the catering department like he had planned.
