Project Manger responsible for client management, quality assurance/quality control, task coordination, budgeting, scheduling, scope of services and contract fee negotiations. Oversaw work performed by structural engineers designing new concrete headwalls for roadway improvement construction. Ensured work performed within budget and completed under accelerated deadlines.
NW 74th Street Interchange/Okeechobee Toll Plaza, Miami/Dade County, Florida, Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise. Project engineer assisting Engineer of Record with post-design support on new construction of major turnpike interchange. Developed and designed solutions to construction issues including request for information, shop drawing reviews and plan revisions.
