Description of Duties: Managed QA efforts and worked as the Principal Commissioning Engineer on a Vertical Pipelay System Project in the United Kingdom. The pipelay vessel was designed to lay flexible pipe 2000 meters below the ocean’s surface. I was chiefly responsible for developing system equipment certification documentation during onsite production and provided operational verification for validating fit for purpose against detail design. Achievements included all aspects of performance certification at various manufacturing sites, production facilities, and during construction and final handover to the ship-owner:
• Developed Project Management Plan to identify project deliverables, specifications and invoice review
• Established and monitored internal and external working linkages between Client, company disciplines and departments
• Managed electrical and mechanical test schedules and certification progress during commissioning phase
• Facilitated client/customer technical and procurement review meetings to include documentation and material schedules

• Ensured successful compliance with field personnel performing work activities by utilizing project and HSE standards
• Responsible for all inspections and verification of operation and fit for purpose through test validation and demonstration
