Product management of 2, 3, 5, 8, 14 MP CMOS based optical camera sensors for key cell phone integrators and tier one customers. Responsible for product and program management of key customer accounts coordinating engineering, quality, operations, sales and module integrators of image-sensors for the handheld phone market. Worked with partners to ensure readiness for mass production. Worked closely with internal Asia-based teams to manage schedule, capacity, material availability, quality issues, and product updates. Coordinated with engineering teams to ensure products were optimized for cost, manufacturability, supply chain flexibility and efficiency.
