Industrial Engineer: Held the role as industrial engineer for the cab assembly line which produced cabs and capsules for various military and commercial trucks; conducted time studies and utilized data to balance work load as customer demand changed; created and maintained work instructions for each part to be installed; created layouts and devised assembly scenarios for new manufacturing lines; implemented direct current torque tools attached to ergonomic arms to improve quality and
safety; integrated wireless power tools where applicable to reduce air line and electrical cord trip hazards; programmed PLCs to collect torque tool data for quality analysis, for line balancing data collection, and to integrate automated features into a moving assembly line; assisted design engineering with new product launches and introduction of new models to the assemblers.
