How ever my title remained a staff test engineer, but my contribution to the organization has grown by several folds. My most noticeable accomplishment during this time is a dashboard solution, entirely designed by one person, used organization wide around our division. The solution includes self service dashboard UIs, as well as data pipelines utilizing Amazon Web Services such as Dynamo DB and RedShift. The system gethers its data automatically from different tools used on daily basis by engineering tools. Some category of tools supported by the system are those which deal with cruise control build and code coverage (such as Buildforge, Bamboo, Sonar, and Jenkins), Test repository systems (such as Zephyr, and TestLink), Project Management tools (Such as Jira, and AtTask) and deploy systems. Additionally after I moved away from QA, in 2014, and joined a newly formed tools and developer productivity team, I managed to create a half dozen tools, by myself, in order to increase our engineering throughout. To name a few of those are, automatic configuration management for live deployments, systems to track releases and automation of release documentation as well as SOX audit automation.
Some of the prototypes, were handed off to contractors for future implementations. I worked closely with contractors around the world (India, Germany and China) to ensure productivity and provided necessary direction for success.

Responsible for creating detailed schedules for others when given project assignments from Lead QA Engineer or QA Manager; helped lead projects and organize additional QA resources; responsible for own schedules and work assignments. Coordinated and managed assigned projects to completion, i.e. plan project schedule and resources, provide estimates, write test plan, record and report project status and metrics.
