I continue with the basic and detailed engineering design of NIPP LOT 3 Gas Transmission Pipeline and Metering Station project. Major task involve the sizing of gas pipeline running from ADDAX Platform in ADANGA North to Calabar metering station, reviewing the filter-separator, PSV, P&ID and PFD to comply with API 14C, data sheet preparation and report writing etc.

I have worked in several projects that involved conceptual design, FEED and detailed design of production platform, utility system, injection system, flare system, NGL and LPG extraction system etc. The major task undertaken includes: hydraulics calculation, sizing several gas flow lines, liquid flow lines and multiphase lines, two phase and three phase separator sizing, scrubber sizing, KOD sizing, compressor sizing, TEG dehydrator sizing, relief valve sizing, pump sizing and calculation, coalescer and heater design, simulation using HYSYS and PIPESIM, drafting P&IDs and PFDs using Autocad and Microstation, design review to comply with API 14C, knowledge of code and standard, process capacity check, line list and equipment list preparation, data sheet preparation, air receiver and nitrogen receiver sizing, HAZOP, report writing, site visit, carried out facility as-built and tutoring of graduate engineers etc.
