Contractor for LA Air Force Base, El Segundo, CA
Successfully manages a wide variety of dollar construction projects at Air Force installations throughout California. Charged with project management, project engineering design, cost estimation, design document and specification creation, RFP generation, design document review, and code enforcement (plan check) for conformance with the DoD Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC). Additionally, performs associated field and safety inspections. Position requires Department of Defense Secret clearance.
CIVIL ENGINEERING PROJECT MANAGER
Contractor for NAVFAC Naval Weapons Station, Seal Beach, CA
Effectively managed a wide variety of civil and structural construction projects for the NAVFAC Public Works Department at Naval Weapons Stations throughout California. Duties included construction project management, project engineering design, cost estimation, design document and specification creation, RFP generation, design document review, and code enforcement (plan check) for conformance with the DoD Unified Facilities Code. Performed field and safety inspections and served as the corporate Site Safety Representative. This position required Department of Defense NACI clearance.
