Gathering schedules from multiple Contractors, using Microsoft Project to edit and combine multiple schedules into one. Develop/update various Project Controls Progress indicators to assist Project Manager in evaluation of project health and focus areas. Review and endorse cost/schedule progress baselines that are forecasted by contractors. Schedules are prepared for review by a Senior Project Manager. • Export logs (RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders, Cost Worksheets) to excel and print handout sets.
• Post/apply Approved Monthly Pay Application amounts to the Lancaster/ Ventura GC Projects cost worksheet ( contract/ invoices)
