Phase II design project included preparation of plans, specifications and estimates for resurfacing, roadway repairs and repairs of thirteen structures on I-94.
o IDOT District 2, IL 40 Bridge over the Rock River, Whiteside County, IL --Design Engineer
Phase I and Phase II design project included replacement of a 12 span bridge over the Rock
River between Rock Falls and Sterling.
o IDOT District 8, IL 13/15 and Eckert Farms, St. Clair County, IL --Design Engineer
Phase II design project for the preparation of PS&E of time for a new intersection and left turn lane at IL 13/15 and Eckert Farms. Work also included an abbreviated drainage study to determine the size of the proposed cross road culvert at the entrance to Eckert Farms.
o Village of Channahon, Thomas Dillon Drive LAPP Project, Channahon, IL --Design Engineer and Resident Engineer during Phase III
Phase II design project to prepare plans, specifications and estimates for the resurfacing of
Thomas Dillon Drive under the Local Agency Pavement Preservation Program (LAPP). Project
also included Phase III construction engineering work.
