Responsibilities :
- Reviewed and developed all interior designs & specifications to ensure quality end results that satisfy both the client’s & operator’s needs.
- Coordinated, monitored, prepared and submitted weekly progress reports.
- Liaised between overseas consultants of different trades and on-site technical office personnel to ensure implementation of the exact design intent & standards.
- Coordinated between the ID Designers (5 US firms), Hotel Operators & owner representatives and our overseas partner consultant.
Highlights :
- Delivered the fully operational, 7 star, 850 key Fairmont Hotel in Makkah within a schedule of 2 years, including a 12,900 ft2 ball-room, 7 outlets and a health club.
- Delivered the fully operational, 7 star 450 key Raffles Hotel in Makkah with a schedule of 1 year inclusive of
all amenities.
- Effectively managed the design, implementation and operation of the hospitality technology systems in the 2 hotels and was awarded the Hotels gratitude award.
- Proclaimed as the number one project coordinator / design manager within a team of 6 architects and was awarded the leading post in the newest construction project.
- Managed the team responsible for the design and implementation of a material tracking software which effectively reduced the material wastage on-site by 45%.
