RECENT RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
NATIONAL GRID, Waltham, MA
Field Engineering Co-Op May - August 2008 / 2009
• Supervised contractors and tradesmen in the field related to the ongoing projects of installing natural gas pipelines.
• Researched, recommended and created budget estimates for alternative method of installing underground gas pipe lines using Low Dig Technology.
• Analyzed key points of 2010 budget to save cost using various techniques and created a statistical analysis using Excel.
• Implemented and enhanced the use of Soil Compaction Supervisor 2 (SCS2) among supervisors in Massachusetts and New Hampshire to avoid pavement failures and potholes.
• Recorded monthly usage of SCS2 throughout the northeast regions excavations to maintain proper soil compaction ratio.
DESIGN EXPERIENCE
Design of a Simplified Hemodialysis Model (Senior & Thermal Design) Feb 2010 - April 2011
• Designed and built a physical model to represent the mass and fluid transfer processes that occurs inside a Hemodialysis.
• Simulated transfer process that take place within a hemodialysis machine via COMSOL for Thermal Design class.
