OBJECTIVE:
To obtain a position in the health care industry where I can use my nursing assistant skills to provide basic nursing care to, residents in an assisted living, short term care, or long term care facility as well as provide home health care to clients. In addition provide care and compassion to residents, with acute or chronic illnesses.
SUMMARY:
Completed a 121 hour Certified Nursing Assistant Training program to include class room instruction, and clinical practice in a long term acute care facility to become a Nursing Assistant to be able to utilize my skills in the health care industry.

• Duties included taking residents vital signs and recording their readings.
• Written and oral documentation to include abnormal and normal assessment of health status of patients to supervisor.
• Performed bed making for residents on occupied and unoccupied beds.
• Assisted residents to ambulate and transfer to chairs or wheel chairs with transfer belt one and two persons.
• Assisted residents with ambulation with assistive devices to include walkers and canes.
• Performed bed baths complete and partial, showers and perineal care for female/male residents.
• Helped residents with drinking, feeding and meal preparations.
• Perform range of motion to include passive and active/ assistance
• Assisted residents with bedpan, and male residents with urinal, emptying urinary drainage bag.
