· Technical sales and engineering manager successful in mining $150K/month of new product and repair potential at Delta, Airtran/Southwest, WestJet, Air Canada, Jet Blue, United/Continental, American, Skywest, and related MRO's.
· Instrumental in bringing sales of Able Aerospace parts to Delta Tech Ops from $0 to $500K annual. Able sales growth rate to Delta is currently exceeding 50% year over year.
· Developed 20 new aircraft and rotor wing products utilizing NX 7.5. Parts developed were a result of my onsite mining efforts at customer facilities. Products included : aircraft interiors items (lav/galley sheet metal structures, visor assemblies) PW2000 engine components (inlet segment bolts, exhaust manifold tube fittings, hydraulic line support structure) as well as rotorcraft components via joint agreement with SKF (polymer shaft seals, main rotor transmission case spring assembly). Components are installed on Boeing, Airbus, Bombardier, and Bell aircraft/rotorcraft and are made from a variety of aerospace metals and polymers using traditional machining/EDM, forming, welding, forging, and specialized elastomeric molding techniques.

· Responsible for hiring and managing both internal and external personnel tasked with the design, development, and manufacture of replacement commercial jet aircraft parts certified by the FAA under Parts Manufacturer Approval (PMA). Managed more than 40 vendors both on and offsite in support of engineering goals.
· Led the design, development, and FAA certification of over 100 aircraft parts resulting in $9M annual revenue. Parts included PW4000 high pressure turbine (HPT) components, CFM56 and CF34 thrust reverser components, Airbus and Boeing landing gear components, flight control system components, cargo compartment assemblies, and interior parts made from a variety of aerospace metals, plastics, and rubbers. Manufacturing processes included machining, casting, forming (metal and plastic sheet), stamping, injection molding, extruding, RIM molding, and rubber molding.
