• Support the divisions of Trim, Seating and Metals in World Class Quality Systems implementation & audits;TS16949 and ISOIEC 17025 (20 plants with different processes like Cut & Sew, Foam , leather cutting, Seat Assembly, Metals cut, assembly & welding)
• Certification of new plants, support sites & labs (Successful TS16949 certification in plants like Fuentes, Villa Ahumada, Derramadero, Piedras Negras, Monclova, Casas Grandes, San Luis Potosi and ISOIEC17025 certification of a leather cutting lab performing physical tests
