I served there for five and a half years where I marketed the land surveying services offered by Hammond Collier, developed project scopes, estimated project costs, managed departmental and project budgets, developed proposals, managed the personal needs of the department, negotiated project contracts, and did all of technical aspects related to providing land surveying services as they relate to engineering projects.
