Sr. Manager, Product Development/Process Improvement (2007 - 2010)
Defined strategy and led tactical execution of company’s software product development process improvement initiative based on a synergistically balanced CMMI, Agile and Six Sigma methodologies requiring the cultural buy-in of 75 software, hardware, and test engineers and Program Managers. Managed staff of 4 process and 11 test engineers (5 in Pune India), controlled a $500K process improvement budget, $250K capital budget and $1M staff budget.
