Senior Quality Engineer: Support the Electronics Manufacturing Center (EMC) working as a Quality Engineering Administrator and Engineer. Support EMC Corrective Action Board (CAB) by collecting and organizing the required data, then generating the charts and presentation for the monthly meetings. Chair the Operator Verification Inspection (OVI) program in the Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Lab and the Electronic Cable Manufacturing area. Successfully serve as the Quality Engineer in the SMT Lab for the Navy’s Fleet Ballistic Missile Program for the Destruct Activation Assembly and the Destruct Interlock Assembly electronic packages. Working closely with FBM Quality and Product Engineers to resolve hardware quality issues to support the end customer need dates.

Shortly after beginning my assignments in the Electronics Manufacturing Center I was tasked with setting up a Process Surveillance program for the SMT & Cable manufacturing areas. This surveillance program is now part of the monthly presentations during the EMC CAB meetings.

Staff Procurement Engineer: Successfully conduct supplier oversight activities for contracts in excess of $10 million at a variety of aerospace suppliers and processing companies. Accountable for flight hardware production to support downstream customer production and assembly needs to maintain NASA flight support.
