• Created Plan the Plan job startup matrix. Assisted in creating the Control Budget for Cost vs. Budget plan.
• Work with Design firm Jacobs for systems integration plan with Automatic Train Control & HVAC systems.
• Created document control system (Project Centric) for 7 subcontractors and the Owner to manage workflow processes in handling RFI’s, Submittals, Progress Payments, Change Orders and general documents.
• Work with 4 out of 7 subcontractors in design phase to ensure job maintains on schedule.

• Replacement of existing swing bridge with a new construction valued at approx. $700 mil. in Manhattan, NY
• Led team of field supervision in constructing relieving platforms in the Bronx Yards valued at $36 mil at a high quality level with a safety factor in mind in accordance to NYCDOT & NYDOT regulations using Work Plans.
• Earned roughly $1 mil in costs with implementation of Cost vs. Attack plan on STS procurement and daily tracking of quantities and labor costs.
• Created and maintained a Daily, 3-wk and 90 day schedules to ensure activities maintained cohesion with respect to other operations and equipment.
2008 - 2009 Kiewit New Mexico – Department of Homeland Security [K3] Border Fence EL PASO, TX
