o Developed novel transparent conductive oxide material for use as the sputtered electrode in top-emitting organic light-emitting diodes (OLED).
o Optimized the device structure & emission spectra of a white-emitting OLED consisting of red, green and blue-emitting materials provided by Idemitsu-Kosan Co.
o Collaborated with Sony Japan to measure experimental stage OLED devices removed from large-size (>50”) panels and study effects of deposition parameters on the final performance of panels
