EXPERIENCE:
3/09 to Present. Systems Engineer (NH-801-3), Product Management Office, Medical Communications for Combat Casualty Care (MC4), Fort Detrick, MD. As Project Lead Integrator for Advanced Technology Development, I develop partnerships and working relationships with PEO Soldier (Nett Warrior), PEO C3T (networks, tactical radios), and others stakeholders to enable the MC4 transition to the Army's emerging Android mobile platform; represent MC4 on the Mobile/Handheld Computing Environment Working Group; assist Business Management with Program Objective Memorandum (POM) input to obtain future program funding; collaborate with the Army Medical Department Center & School and the Army Medical Research & Materiel Command to develop Transport Telemedicine requirements and write/edit the Capability Development Document (CDD); served as Configuration Manager responsible for Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Engineering Change Proposals; served as Project Manager responsible for oversight of Medical Logistics software integration with the EMR system; coordinated participation in the Network Integration Evaluation (NIE) at Fort Bliss/White Sands Missile Range and C4ISR & Network Modernization events at Fort Dix; served as Contracting Officer’s Representative for the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Lab contract.
