Manager, OSP Planning & Design Engineering
Designed fiber-to-cell site for Long-Term Evolution (LTE) project. This enabled the delivery of new technology to customer’s months ahead of schedule. Saved the company $250,000 by not taking an approved alternative fiber solution and by persistently meeting with AT&T construction manager to ensure that his contractors continued working on the roadblock until they successfully reached a solution, in which they did.
Oversee placement and removal of exterior copper/fiber structures in aerial, buried and underground environments for new buildings and cell sites. Meet with owners, developers, architects, professional engineers, on-site supervisors, internal AT&T construction, installation managers and marketing department to ensure timely completion of telecom facilities.
Manage budgeting, tracking, billing, equipment deployment, contractor management and customer satisfaction aspects of design projects. Continue to ensure individual project budgets ranging from $1,000- $200,000 is within the proper parameters by detailing the price of each item on a telecom facility design.
Design claim projects to ensure that the prices of the damaged items are recovered. Visit site of damaged telecom facilities, note the damages for accurate pricing, and design a replacement project for construction or installation/repair.
Resolve customer telephone service satisfaction issues and capture customer loyalty. Give customers a personal touch by meeting with them face-to-face to discuss their telephone facility solutions. Ensure that the customer has all of my contact information in case they have a question about their telecom facilities.

Design fiber-to-node conditioning projects for U-Verse (AT&T Video Services). Video services were deployed in a rapid rate to customers in areas where AT&T video services did not exist.
