Solely responsible for the development and maintenance of the University of Tennessee Division of Facilities Planning website which is used to coordinate over $1.5 Billion in university related capital budget projects. Other duties include providing support to a Local Area Network of 25 Engineers, Architects, and support staff.
Wyndham Worldwide – Heiskell, TN
Web Administrator (December 2003 – Present)
Solely responsible for maintaining the Wyndham Worldwide Employee Service Center Web sites. Designed, developed, tested, and released an Active Server Page / .NET client/server knowledge base named ‘FAQtory’ that provides easy access to employee benefit information. Used by Wyndham Call Center agents to address employee questions. Created the Wyndham Worldwide Employee Discount Web site. Worked closely at the Director level in the continued development and maintenance of Cendant-Contact.com, a legacy Web site that received 50000+ hits per day and was used by 75 Cendant Call Centers worldwide.
