Familiar with IBC 2006, AISC 13th edition, ASCE 07, ACI 318-05, OHSA 30 training
Software used RISA 2 D and 12 years experience in AutoCad Civil 3D
Tunnel Boring Machine Operation and guidance , mining in glacial and consolidated clay deposit, ground conditioners and settlement monitoring.
All vertical temporary support during construction utilizing all shoring and reshoring equipment commonly used by concrete placement.

Project Description :EPB Tunnel Boring Machine 5 miles of mining under SF Bay 14' ID and precast lining
-recording and monitoring EPB injection solution ground conditioning and additives
-placement of precast liners
-monitoring and regulating EPB under potential liquefied sandy soil structure, by
working with TBM operator in regulating screw speed and thrust force
- work with inspector to observe in-situ soil being excavated
-observed and monitored tunnel heading pressure based on Undrained Stability

Project Description : EPB tunnel Boring Machine , Twin tunnels 3800 LF each, 560' x 165' x 110' D shaft
Work as a QA/QC Engineer for installing precast segments in the tunnel.
Further responsibilities include
-prepared state plane co-ordinates ,horizontal and vertical curve and fed the design
tunnel alignment data into tunnel boring machine guidance system using AutoCAD Civil
3 D
-Tunnel QA/QC and heading engineer , estimate mining under pressure
-Work with TBM operator (pitch and articulation) on the DTA alignment during mining
-tunnel boring machine, gantries and other equipments layout on site using AutoCAD
- proof grouting based on calculated grout volume and tunnel lining repair with city
guideline
-design footing for base slab concrete pour and also single sided formwork
- prepared tunnel boring machine falsework hydraulic lowering platform, launch frame
anchorage including calculation and drawing.
- estimate locomotive stopping distance in the tunnel.
- designed falsework stand for heavy Crane as a material handler based on
AISC
- designed precast segment handling device for unloading segments into the shaft based
on AISC
- monitor building for settlement with extensometer and piezometer along the designed
tunnel alignment together with surface surveyor
- monitoring muck volume so that over excavation is not allowed
- reviewed precast segment design submitted by structural engineer to the Sound
Transit
- completed mining two tunnels with earth pressure balance machine under urbanized
area.
- reviewed cross passage excavation calculation based in Sequential Excavation
-prepared all formwork and shoring calculation, cross passages , low point sumps, temporary steel platform.
Bridges Experiences
-Shoring and pouring of concrete for pedestrian bridges , precast Girder of 300,000 lbs over Aurora Avenue, spanning across 8 lanes , load used conformed to Washington Department of Transportation. Formwork and shoring supplier- Peri Heavy Duty shore of 20,000 lbs each bundles them together and laterally laced to bridge pier.

-Formwork shoring for I 35 Ramp Upgrade - using heavy W beam on brackets to support Heavy Duty Formwork . Elevation 30 feet above ground. This is a specialized Steel Fabrication spanning 14 ' from Capital Pier.

Experiences with Parking Garage :
Falsework design using Garage Beam System Shore-X and re-shoring for the Consolidated Rental Car facility (5 stories) in SeaTac, Washington. Job responsibilities also include pour inspection, pour break, and wall forming sequence for North and South Helix.
