Professional Experience
2009 – 2011 Command in Chief Italian Fleet Rome, Italy
Supervisor and System Administrator of a Secure LAN - Leadership role. Responsible for personnel management and direct accountability for multi-million dollars of highly classified communication equipments. Managed ELF/LF/HF/UHF/VHF Technologies for global communication to include;

• Data, Voice and Video cryptographic technologies
• LAN/WAN Technologies
• Voice/Data Integration for Major Relay stations with responsibility for the operational support of more than 200,000 end users

Managed teams of direct reports up to 250 people, either in the same location or belonging to other nations involved into the project. Responsible for the yearly personnel development, training and performance evaluation.
2006 – 2009 Italian Navy Military Attaches Washington DC, DC
Warrant Officer – Telecommunication and Crypto. Manage all Wireless/Wan secure communications links to and from Italy. Secure LAN manager. Responsible for all communication to Italy. Responsible for the managing of the Personnel Security Clearances. Control Officer for the COSMIC/ATOMAL Control point with the responsibility of all the high classified documentation by using electronic databases.

2004 – Feb 2005 Multinational Force & Observers Sinai Sinai, Egypt
Leadership role for the Italian Contingent – Responsible of managing 74 people in difficult military and organizational scenarios. Specifically, I functioned as Italian Contingent Vice Commander. I was responsible for the planning of the on going sea patrolling activity in the Aqaba Gulf and the interaction with the Egyptian and Israel authorities. In addition I was also the Italian Senior Officer at the El Gorah headquarters, interacting with the other nations involved in those tactical scenarios.
