Systems Engineer Staff - Level 4 – Lead Systems Engineer Duties: Assist and advise the Project Manager in developing a design solution that is documented and coordinated in the TSOW and CSOW. The design solution will include reference to applicable WBS, and affected Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Contractor Furnished Equipment (CFE) listings. Ensure horizontal integration across the program for the change by participating in and/or hosting various meetings required to support the building and preparation of technical documents for the proposals. Facilitate the preparation of an Integrated Master Plan (IMP) for the proposed work as required. Ensure that a Risk Assessment has been accomplished and appropriate mitigation plans are incorporated. Assist in the review of task sheets, the proposal review process, and 478 AESW fact finding. Provide subsequent coordination as required.
Cost Account Manager (CAM) Duties: Provide all data and inputs to support EAC and EVMS creation and reporting. These duties involve managing designated control accounts by ensuring Technical, Cost, Schedule Performance/Reviews, Control Account work assignments approvals and other documentation is accomplished as required. Also identifies and manages risks, opportunities, and other issues that could impact budget, schedule, or work performance.



Change Manager Duties: 1)Development of software Operational Flight Program (OFP) release Change Request(CR) for F-22 Production Lots, Modernization upgrades and test activity, 2) management of OFP CR throughout life cycle including Change Control Board support, 3) processing of aircraft delivery software variance documentation, 4) coordination of change request funding sources (ECP, etc.), 5) review of lower tier subsystem CRs for incorporation into "umbrella" OFP CR, 6)coordination of OFP release requirements with impacted Product Teams (release drawings, flight test, Technical Order Data, 7) review and signature of flight clearance certification. Additional responsibilities include assistance with facilitating Engineering Review Boards and preparation of proposal TSOWs and task sheets. Other duties involve serving as the Cost Account Manager (CAM), Marietta Engineering Review Board Site coordinator and Lean Six Sigma black belt and instructor.

Senior Systems Engineer – Level 3 (Configuration Management) – Duties: Support on-going aircraft Configuration Management Change activities. . Act as the primary Configuration Management point of contact for the Program Configuration/Data Management change board and Supplier Class II Review Board. In this capacity, schedule and coordinate multiple changes as they impact the program. Issue both PCDM Agendas and Minutes and perform the CM Secretariat function during each meeting. Other duties involve acting as the Configuration Management Site Representative for the PCCB, the back-up Secretariat for Marietta’s PCRB, PMB/JPMB and the alternate Chairman for the Factory Support Configuration Control Board (FSCCB). Also responsible for developing, generating and maintaining aircraft CM Change Process Metrics and other report documents as required.
