Interdisciplinary & Global Perspective Program, Shenzhen, Wuhan, & Beijing, China 2010
• Worked with team of WPI and Wuhan University students at a large U.S. retail company with headquarters in Shenzhen, China, that hired a new Third Party Logistics Provider. Applied the knowledge, skills, and methods learned to study and make recommendations on the coordination and integration of all aspects of supply chain management functions. This focused on vendor management, product and inventory tracking, distribution strategy, carrier and on-time shipping logistics and management to improve customer satisfaction and long-term performance.
